The purpose of the Alice Joiner Memorial Library is to provide quality instructional, devotional, and recreational materials to support the Christian faith and practice of the congregation and the Lookout Mountain community.

The LMPC library was begun in the 1940's by Susan Chambliss Irvine. Alice Joiner was the librarian from 1959 until her death in 1985. Wiki Carter began working in the library in 1981 and continues to serve as librarian.
