
Joe Novenson
Senior Teaching Pastor
Joe came to serve as Senior Pastor at LMPC in 1996. He received his bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Rider College in 1974 and his Master of Divinity in 1978 from Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia. Prior to coming to LMPC, Joe served churches in Lexington, South Carolina and Augusta, Georgia.
In addition to his role at LMPC, Joe serves on the board of Covenant Theological Seminary and spends much time speaking and sharing around the country. Joe and his wife Barb have three children and two grandchildren.
Frank Hitchings
Senior Associate Pastor
Frank came to LMPC in January of 1992 as an assistant pastor. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1982 and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis in 1984.
After working in business development and acquisitions for several years, he attended Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi where he received his Master of Divinity in 1991. Frank and his wife Mary Vassar have three children.
Len Teague
Associate Pastor of Children and Youth
Len came to LMPC as the youth director in 1990, having previously served as the chaplain at the Baylor School and the area director for Young Life Chattanooga.
He received his bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1976 and his Master of Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in 1988. Len was ordained as Pastor of Children and Youth at LMPC in 1998.
In addition to his role at LMPC, Len teaches youth ministry courses at Covenant College. Len and his wife Shannon have three children and two grandchildren.
Brian Salter
Assistant Pastor of Adult Discipleship
Brian came to LMPC as the Assistant Pastor of Adult Discipleship in 2006 having previously served with Campus Crusade for Christ in East Asia as well as on the University of Georgia campus. He received his bachelor degree in Education from the University of Georgia in 1997 and his Master of Divinity in 2006 from Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando. Brian and his wife Kendra have three children.
Aaron Tolson
Assistant Pastor of Senior High Youth
Aaron came to LMPC in 2002 as the Director of Senior High Youth. He received his bachelor's degree in Sociology from Covenant College in 1997 and his Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Seminary in 2002. Aaron was ordained as Assistant Pastor of Senior High Youth at LMPC in 2004. Prior to coming to LMPC, Aaron served as a youth minister in Jacksonville, Florida and St. Louis, Missouri. Aaron and his wife Lisa have three children.
