Len Teague
Associate Pastor of Children and Youth
Len came to LMPC as the youth director in 1990, having previously served as the chaplain at the Baylor School and the area director for Young Life, Chattanooga. He received his bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1976 and his Master of Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in 1988. Len was ordained as Pastor of Children and Youth at LMPC in 1998. In addition to his role at LMPC, Len teaches youth ministry courses at Covenant College. Len and his wife Shannon have three children and two grandchildren.

Assistant Pastor of Senior High
Aaron Tolson came to LMPC in 2002 as the Director of Senior High Youth. He received his bachelor's degree in Sociology from Covenant College in 1997 and his Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Seminary in 2002. Aaron was ordained as Assistant Pastor of Senior High Youth at LMPC in 2004. Prior to coming to LMPC, Aaron served as a youth minister in Jacksonville, Florida and St. Louis, Missouri. Aaron and his wife Lisa have three children.

Junior High Youth Director
Robbie Sweet has been serving as the Junior High Youth Director since May of 2006. He received his bachelor's degree in Biblical and Theological Studies and a minor in Youth Ministry from Covenant College in 2005. Robbie is married to Lydia, and they have two children.

Assistant to the Junior High Director
Holly Tolson joined our junior high team on June 9, 2008. She received her bachelor's degree in Sociology from Covenant College in 2001 and her Master of Arts in Educational Ministries from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2007. Prior to coming to LMPC, Holly served in the youth ministries of Pinewood Presbyterian Church in Middleburg, Florida and Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church in St. Louis Missouri.

Youth Ministry Secretary
Christie Dodson has been the youth ministries secretary at LMPC since 2004. In addition to being a terrific secretary, Christie and her husband, David, have four children and three grandchildren.
