Short-Term Missions
LMPC considers short-term missions to be any term of service up to three years in length. The short-term committee meets several times a year. Financial support for short-term missions trips is primarily for the service of our members, although we do accept applications from those regularly attending LMPC. Career Missionaries
Any missionary term of service with a single time commitment of more than three years is directed to our career missionary sub-committee. We operate on a calendar budget and we ask that all requests for the next year be in to our office by August 31. We accept applications year-round and review all applications in the fall. Due to the large volume of requests that we receive, we are usually unable to interview missionary candidates in person until we reach the final stage of the selection process. All requests must be made in writing and include our information form, which can be accessed by clicking Here. Ministry and Project Requests
We operate on a calendar year, and we ask that all requests for the next year be in to our office by August 31. All project requests must come in writing only; due to the volume of requests we receive, we are unable to meet with everyone in person. LMPC seeks to primarily focus on ministries and projects concerned with unreached people groups.
